How to Import Document Sequences in Bulk?

Step-1: Prepare the data files

Refer to the Oracle guide and prepare the data files

File Format for Importing Document Sequences

Document Sequence Data Loaders

i. Document Sequence Category (DOCUMENT_SEQUENCE_CATEGORY )
ii. Document Sequence (DOCUMENT_SEQUENCE)
iii. Document Sequence Assignment (DOCUMENT_SEQUENCE_ASSIGNMENT)

Step-2: Upload the files into UCM (Content Management)

Click Navigator → Tools → File Import and Export.
In the Search Results section, click Actions → Upload.
On the Upload File window, click Browse and select the file to be uploaded.
From the Account list, select the account with which you want to associate the file.
Click Save and Close.

Step-3: Run the ESS Job: 'Upload Comma-Separated Values File'

Parameters
i. File Name (Step-1)
ii. Account (Step-2)
iii. File Type (DOCUMENT_SEQUENCE_CATEGORY / DOCUMENT_SEQUENCE / DOCUMENT_SEQUENCE_ASSIGNMENT)
