How to Import Contract Using Standard Import?

 Step 1: Roles / Data Access

• Roles: Procurement Contract Administrator (Job Role) & Required Data Access (BU)
• Resource Setup

Step 2: Download the templates & prepare the data files!

Navigation: Tools → Import Management

Tab Page: Import Objects

Search by 'Contracts'

Step 3: Import the data / Create Import Activity

Step 4: Validate the Out/Log Files

Step 5: Validate the Contracts in UI
