Supplier Data Export for File Based Data Import (FBDI)

Oracle provides an extract functionality that can be used to export all supplier data in FBDI format from the system for bulk updates.

Tools → Reports and Analytics

Browse catalog: Shared folder → Procurement → Embedded Content → Supplier Export Reports

Extract the data, align it with the FBDI column structure, make the necessary updates, and then import the revised data back into the Oracle system.
